Please confirm your acceptance as presenting author and upload your poster by this date.
Important: Submissions that do not follow the criteria below, or include videos, animations, or interactive elements, will be rejected without review.
Poster Submission Criteria
Proof of Presenting Author Registration
A valid ticket purchase code for the presenting author is required to submit a poster presentation. An in-person ticket is required for all UK authors invited for poster presentation.
File Name Format
Use the following format: FullName_AbstractNumber
e.g. JohnSmith_RRF_001
File Type
Submit both PDF and PowerPoint versions. Posters must not contain any videos, animations, or interactive elements.
File Size & Orientation
- Maximum file size: 1MB
- Orientation: Landscape — aspect ratio 16:9 (widescreen)
- Incorrect orientation or aspect ratio will result in rejection
You may use the official poster template sent in your notification email, or your own design — provided orientation and aspect ratio are correct.
Required Contents
- Heading must include: paper title, author(s), institution, and location
- Include the RRF logo at the top right-hand corner of the poster
