Please confirm your acceptance as presenting author and upload your presentation by this date.
Important: You must use the official presentation template sent within your notification email. Submissions that do not follow the criteria below will be rejected without review.
Oral Submission Criteria
Proof of Presenting Author Registration
A valid ticket purchase code for the presenting author is required to submit a presentation. An in-person ticket is required for all UK authors invited for oral presentation.
File Name Format
Use the following format: FullName_AbstractNumber
e.g. JohnSmith_RRF_001
File Type
Submit as PowerPoint (.ppt) only. Videos are permitted. Do not include animations or interactive elements.
File Size & Orientation
- Maximum file size: 10MB
- Orientation: Landscape — recommended aspect ratio 16:9
- Maximum 8 slides in total
Required Contents
- The RRF logo must be included in the corner of every slide
- You must use the official presentation template sent in your notification email
Timing
You will have 8 minutes for your presentation, followed by 2 minutes for questions. Please ensure you stay within your allocated time. Presenters who exceed the limit will be asked to stop.
